These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website kocoon.shop.com and the purchase of products from:

Operating under the brand name Kocoon

(Hereinafter referred to as “Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.

You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

The information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel orders placed by minors.

2. Products

We sell physical consumer goods as described on the website.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations (including color differences due to screen display settings) do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

Romfeld Evelin-Rebekka PFA is not VAT registered, therefore:

VAT is not charged separately.

Prices do not include VAT.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout.

4. Order Process and Contract Formation

An order is placed when:

You complete checkout.

Payment is successfully processed.

You receive an order confirmation email.

The order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

The sales contract is concluded only when the order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud

Payment irregularities

Incorrect pricing

Incorrect shipping information

Abuse of refund policies

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout using approved payment methods.

We reserve the right to verify payments and suspend orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our international warehouse located in China.

Estimated delivery time: 5–20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Customs processing
  • International shipping delays
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Force majeure events

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders:

Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.

Failure to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed.

In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the provided shipping address.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must:

  • Submit a return request within 14 days (where applicable).
  • Obtain written return authorization before sending any product back.
  • Comply with hygiene seal requirements.
  • Return instructions and return address will be provided after approval.

Failure to follow return instructions may result in refusal of refund.

9. Defective Products

If a product is defective or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and communication to payment processors.

11. Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale

Products sold under the brand Kocoon are intended for personal use only.

Unauthorized resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation without written consent is prohibited.

We reserve the right to cancel bulk orders suspected of unauthorized resale.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Product names
  • Images
  • Text
  • Designs

is the intellectual property of Romfeld Evelin-Rebekka PFA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution unless required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, you retain protection under mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Customs restrictions
  • Government actions
  • Pandemics
  • Carrier disruptions

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

The version applicable to your order is the version published at the time of purchase.
