RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from RomfeldEvelin-Rebekka PFA, a sole trader registered in Romania, operating in accordance with applicable Romanian and European Union consumer protection legislation.
1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian consumer protection laws.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day:
You, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at contact us page.
You must clearly state your decision to withdraw before returning the goods.
2. Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior written authorization.
Returns sent without approval may be refused.
After approval, you will receive the return address and instructions.
As our fulfillment warehouse is located internationally, the return address may differ from the shipping origin.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
The original packaging (including silk pouch and protective materials) must be included.
The hygiene seal must remain intact and unbroken.
4. Hygiene & Health Protection Clause
Due to the intimate nature of hair accessories, products with a broken hygiene seal or visible signs of wear cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless defective.
This does not affect your statutory rights in case of faulty goods.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected:
You will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund:
The full product price.
The cost of standard delivery originally paid (if applicable).
We are not required to refund additional costs arising from express or premium shipping options selected by the customer.
No restocking fees apply.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.
In such cases, you may choose:
Replacement, or
Full refund.
Your statutory rights under EU law remain unaffected.
8. International Orders
Customers outside the European Union may not benefit from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. However, we voluntarily offer a 14-day return window under the same conditions outlined above.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or return-related charges.
9. Diminished Value
We may deduct from the refund any loss in value of the goods if the handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, as permitted under EU law.
10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union legislation.
