This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made from Kocoon operated by Romfeld Evelin-Rebekka PFA (PFA, Romania, Trade Registry No: F8/527/2025, CUI: 53180050).
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are fulfilled from our international warehouse located in China.
We reserve the right to delay processing in cases of high order volume, stock shortages, or verification of high-risk orders.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times range from 5–25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Shipping carriers are selected based on destination and package size.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:
- Customs inspections or delays
- Carrier disruptions
- Public holidays and force majeure events
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, calculated at checkout.
Costs depend on destination, package size, and shipping method.
4. Customs Duties and Taxes
Customers outside Romania (or the EU) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed.
Kocoon is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.
5. Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided shipping address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Tracking availability may vary depending on carrier and destination country.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Kocoon is not liable for lost or damaged packages after dispatch, unless shipping insurance was purchased.
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at kocoon.shop@gmail.com.
We may assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but ultimate responsibility lies with the customer.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed once processed for shipment.
You may cancel your order within 1 business day of placing it; after this, the order enters the fulfillment process.
9. Force Majeure
Kocoon is not responsible for shipping delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or pandemics.
